Return & Replacement Policy – Innvocart
At Innvocart, we focus on delivering smart, problem-solving products with a smooth and transparent experience.
Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
5-Day Return / Replacement Window
We offer a 5-day return or replacement policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
Unboxing Video – Mandatory
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing:
- The sealed package
- The shipping label
- The product inside the package
This helps us verify the issue and process your request quickly.
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return / Replacement
Your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unused and unworn
- Have all original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
We only accept returns/replacements if the product received:
- Is damaged
- Has missing parts
- Is different from what was ordered
- Has a major manufacturing defect
Return Process
Once your return/replacement request is approved:
- We will share the return instructions.
- Do not send the product back without approval — it will not be accepted.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement without asking for a return, depending on the issue.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days
- Amount is credited to UPI / Bank Account / Original payment method

Replacement orders are delivered within our standard shipping timeline:
